You can order directly from our online shop without account registration. The creation of customer accounts is optional.
The prices shown on the product pages include VAT and other price components. In addition to the prices we charge shipping costs for delivery. These will be clearly indicated in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
After you successfully finished your order you will receive an automatic order confirmation with the payment information. If you choose PayPal as payment method you will be directly forwarded to the PayPal website.
We’ll bring the goods into delivery within 7 days after receipt of payment confirmation. If delivery will take longer, e.g. if an item is temporarly not deliverable, we will inform you immediately.
We use DHL, DPD & Deutsche Post as shipping service provider inside Germany and for international shipping.
We charge 6,99€ shipping fee for delivery within Germany.
We charge 14,90€ shipping fee for delivery to EU-countries. All prices include german VAT.
We charge 14,90€ shipping fee for delivery to non-EU-countries. German VAT will be discounted after selecting one of those countries during checkout process.
